As I was CEO of a successful online business, I know it was difficult to find the time and resources to attend out of state seminars and training; this is why I offer my individualized custom Onsite Training program built specifically for your companies needs, delivered onsite at your location.
The first step is a free Initial Consultation where we will confidentially discuss your needs, review your online marketing strategies and those of your competitor and create a preliminary implementation plan.
In less than two weeks I will follow-up with you providing a proposal that will include strategy and tactics, resource requirements, timeliness and milestones any my fees.
As we both agree to move forward, I will then travel to your location, discuss your current situation in more detail and meet with your participating staff so I can tailor the training to meet their current skills and expectations.
I will also review with you and/or your staff:
- Your website analytics or it you’re not currently performing any statistical analysis set up a program so we can review our progress.
- Analyze the search engine landscape that you wish to compete in and identify methods to obtain results.
- That I understand both your online and offline marketing strategies and goals.
- Review the resources that will be needed to meet your goals.
- Solidify timeline and benchmarks that are realistic to achieve.
Onsite Training and follow-up are the last steps in our process. When my staff and I arrive we will be hitting the ground running and training could last one to several days depending upon the project.
