I began the presentation by explaining some of the more frequent terms used in SEO such as;
•	SEO – Search Engine Optimization
•	PPC – Pay Per Click Advertising
•	SEM – Search Engine Marketing
•	SMM- Social Media Marketing
•	SMO – Social Media Optimization
•	SERP – Search Engine Result Pages
I then explained that SEO is not a “coin toss” that in order to have a successful online presence, you need to work on both on page and off page factors and why both are equally important.
