Local Niche Power Webinar Replay
Last night we hosted a 1-hour webinar with the Arizona Internet Marketers Meetup and Andrew Polanski, reviewing Andrew’s Local Niche Power training program.
Andrew, one of our alumni students from our April 2010 Local Search workshop, basically took what he had learned and created his own strategy which has generated over $450,000 in commissions from only 5 websites.
During this 1-hour presentation Andrew laid out the strategies he used to create these niche local websites for businesses and then how he goes about leasing them or obtaining a commission of sales generated from the sites.

Do you think it’s possible to rank above the places merged listings without submitting an address to Places and other local listings? I have an ethical dilema with using a virtual office as my places listing as it seems sort of a work around to not using a P.O. box. Google’s intent with Places is to provide interaction between customers and brick and mortar businesses, right? What do you think? Also, why would you not use a home address? Privacy? So people don’t show up to your door asking for their windows to be washed?
There is no problem in using your home address but would suggest that you still have it on your site in a div that would match the google places listing. Then in your places dashboard you can select not to display the address.
is it possible, yes, you would just need to have more backlinks and citations then your competitors
Thanks Roy!
