Local Search Webinar
My greatest reward in helping others becoming successful online is when one of our students follows through and becomes one of my many success stories, case in point, Roseann Higgins.
Roseann owns a Phoenix matchmaking service which focuses on single professional men and women in the metro area.
Rosann started attending our free SEO Marketing Meetups several months ago and subscribed to our free SEO Tip of the week.
During Roseann’s first MeetUp she got to sit in our “hot seat” for a review of her website.
To say that Roseanne’s website was atrocious would be a complement. She had hired a local developer years ago and let her website sit. There wasn’t a lick of SEO on the site. The content was all “we-we” driven and there wasn’t a chance in $%^ that Google would ever index her site in their organic search engine results.
Rosann took notes, picked up a few books we recommended on HTML and went to work redesigning her own website.
The following month Roseann came back to our Meetup with a completely new website. We then provided her with suggestions on how to get her site indexed into Google Local.
Well after Roseann’s hard work and determination Google finally took notice and placed her listing in the coveted number one spot in their local results and her phone started ringing!
Roseann’s next goal is to go after some of the more difficult keyword terms in her niche and to attend one of our upcoming SEO Workshops.
Are you ready to become another one of our Internet Marketing success stories?
If so you can start your journey right now by also signing up for our SEO Tip of the week and by participating in our free webinars and/or MeetUps.
The following webinar on Local Search just a sample of how we can help you develop your own roadmap to success!

Yahoo Makes Local Search, Social Moves: Yahoo will integrate Twitter and Zynga broadly on i… & artimpactnetpr.com
To your point e-commerce is usually associated with National; local search generally is not. The challange in bringing them together? I'd say the roadblock is the technology associated with it. Even with a number of web service companies now targeting the SMB market, e-commerce enabled sites are not a priority, and many are time or cost-prohibitive.
I went thru a very simular scenerio this past weekend, with Puma sneakers. I ended up buying at pure e-tailer (with free shipping, why not?!).
