Are You Ready For Google Caffeine?

This week Google announced on their Google Webmasters Blog their next generation search engine dubbed “Google Caffeine”. In Google’s official announcement they wrote:

“For the last several months, a large team of Googlers has been working on a secret project: a next-generation architecture for Google’s web search. It’s the first step in a process that will let us push the envelope on size, indexing speed, accuracy, comprehensiveness and other dimensions. The new infrastructure sits “under the hood” of Google’s search engine, which means that most users won’t notice a difference in search results. But web developers and power searchers might notice a few differences, so we’re opening up a web developer preview to collect feedback.”

I’ve been testing Google Caffeine on several of my client’s website’s and I’ve seen mixed results.

So far it is of my opinion and several others in the SEO community that Google’s new search engine focuses allot on having the proper keywords and proper LSI strings (Latent Semantic Indexing) on your website(s).

The one point that I want to stress is that Google Caffeine is not a update, it’s a new algorithm!
If you have an online business prepare yourself now by reviewing your results in Google Caffeine on a regular basis until its official release.

The following video is my review of Google Caffeine:
