Hacking of Website(s)

Over the past week we have had several of our clients contact us regarding a Google warning that was placed into their organic listing stating  that “This site may harm your computer”
Upon our intervention we found that either their HTAccess file and/or the headers of their blogs were hacked into and the following code placed into them “show_gg_ds_17.js”
This code calls calls up a redirect to then go to another website where a tojan is downloaded into the clients computer.
In each case the client hadn’t upgraded their CMS software for sometime which somehow allowed for a hacker to hack into the ... Read More

Getting Ready to Launch

This past week my team and I have been hard at work getting this site ready for launch. We have a few minor details in cleaning up the CSS, adding a few new posts, but we are close…..
This coming week I’m hoping to finalize my agreement with the Search Engine Workshops and start scheduling our first workshop for late March, early April.
Today I spent some time putting together a few “traffic magnet” videos that we will launch after the site goes live. As I’ll be teaching SEO and SEM, figured that I should use some of the “tricks” I developed ... Read More

Stop Selling – Create Lust!

One of my biggest mantras when I owned and operated the RadarBusters network of websites was “I don’t sell radar detectors, I sell Radar Roy and the experience”
My internet business really took off after I developed a mindset that I wasn’t selling radar detectors on my websites, what I was selling was the “Radar Roy” persona and the “Fantasy Result” of not getting tickets.
“Radar Roy” became the expert in the radar detector arena and grew to be the fourth most used term when searching for a radar detector.
As “Radar Roy” became the trustworthy source in the industry I was able ... Read More

Is your Site on Target, Do your Website Visitors Fail To Take Action?

One of the biggest common concerns I hear from new students is “If I could just get 50% more traffic to my site I could increase my sales by 50%”
My response is how many of your current visitors don’t respond to your call to action? What is the exit rate from your sales page? If you can convert just 20% of your current visitors from your sales page wouldn’t that mean more money in your pocket?
If you’re happy with response rates of 1- 4% from your online marketing campaigns (on a par with junk mail response rates) then frankly you ... Read More

Network with Success – SEO/SEM Mastermind.

Every successful Internet marketer I know participates in at least one Mastermind, I participate in two!
While I was the CEO of my RadarBuster’s online empire I didn’t have the time to attend many of the Internet Marketing symposiums scattered throughout the US and found that reading Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimizations forums was a complete waste of my time.
However I realized that I needed to network with other successful Internet Marketers to be successful in the competitive landscape of Search Engine Optimization and Internet Marketing. Therefore I joined my first Mastermind.
Each week successful online business owners just like yourself ... Read More
